HAP Innerwear – Return & Refund Policy

At HAP Innerwear, the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers are our highest priority.

As our products are classified as innerwear and intimate apparel, all purchases are final. To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a manufacturing defect, or
  • an incorrect item,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, HAP will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

As HAP follows a No Return Policy for hygiene reasons, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color preference
  • Personal dislike
  • Accidental orders

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed in cases where HAP confirms that the product was defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect item was delivered and a replacement is not possible.
